About ExSP

ExSP is dedicated to enabling top sales people to achieve extraordinary sales performance. Consistent with the Parretto 20-80 Principle, we focus only on sales “eagles”, not the rest of the sales flock as do typical sales training companies.  We also don’t believe in the one-solution-fits-all approach of some training companies; we take a holistic approach and focus on helping sales people learn best sales practices by and, through education, practice and accountability, adopt those appropriate to each person’s situation.  

Our Core Program is called ExSP Intensive Coaching for Sales People. Over a 4 months period, participants join small teams and a larger group to leverage accountability, practice and education to achieve extraordinary sales performance. Expected results include heightened sales enthusiasm by the participants, a lift in their short term sales and sustainable stronger sales results. Also expect these “eagles” to have a positive influence on the sales habits and results of other sales team members.

Before the program begins, we assess the current sales-performance situation. Each team holds its members accountable for perfecting strengths, overcoming weaknesses, capitalizing on opportunities and confronting threats.  Our Sales Masters discuss advanced strategies and techniques to help participants improve their sales processes and achieve significantly higher sales outcomes.  The goal is to produce significant increases in skills-set and financial performance during the intensive coaching period.
