ExSP was founded by Jerry Cahn, Ph.D., J.D. and Howard Mager who leverage their (collective) 50+ years of sales experience with large and small organizations to help stars become superstars. They are supported by an extensive group of sales, marketing, IT, management, and leadership consultants who help address specific issues for clients. .

Howard Mager is an Executive Coach who specializes on building and driving growth agendas for professionals, teams, and enterprises. He has extensive business experience in Media and Information Service firms where he held senior General management and Sales management positions. He is recognized for restructuring and leading teams and individuals through large and complex change initiatives. At the McGraw-Hill Companies, he was responsible for leading the launch and execution of customer segmentation programs, the introduction of new web-based services, the implementation of a business development pipeline management process, and talent management initiatives.

 

Jerry Cahn, Ph.D., J.D. is a recognized business development expert and presentation master who helps leaders develop effective business strategies and execute sales and marketing programs. His career includes working on Capitol Hill to address health and environmental issues, and turning around an almost bankrupt public health care company and increasing its stock 10-fold over 18 months. A pioneer of the computer presentation graphics industry, he co-founded Brilliant Image and managed its sales team for 15 years during the firm helped 5000+ executives deliver effective sales, marketing and management presentations. In his spare time, he teaches at CUNY courses in Business Policy (BA), Entrepreneurial Communications: Sales and Negotiating Skills (MBA) and Leadership Skills (MBA).
